End of another amazing trip to Ibiza to run @ibizamarathon with @thesayyesclub and group of really special people. Somehow @esmee_ldn makes the trip better and better every year and can see me doing this every year - again and again. Forever thankful I found such an awesome community and something which truly brings me joy. #runandfeel #thesayyesclub photos by the incredible @matthew_bowen forever making me look good in any situation! taken in Ibiza by @jjrobins14

The penultimate week of running 5,000km across the UK…

The last seven days have dug up every single element of the challenge. I’ve gone through sickness while experiencing so much support from my loved ones. I’ve had extreme anxiety and pure elation. There’s been moments of pure focus and absolute hilarity.

Maybe it’s because I know the clock is ticking on feeling it all, but these emotions seem to come and go more quickly than ever right now. Everything feels fleeting, including the kilometres and run clubs I have left.

I’m trying to hold on to every single moment while I can for the next 600km I have left to run.

So ends my 2.5 days on the road with my bestie and legend that’s is @esmee_ldn for the @thenations5k - Bath > Bristol > Newport > Cardiff. She’s covered close to 200km in so many days and me covering 48km i’m done in! How this incredible women has the physical and mental will power to cover 50+ km every day and still show up for people in every city to host a 5km run club is beyond! Love you can cant wait to run across that finish line in London with you! taken in Cardiff by @jjrobins14

Whirlwind trip up north to join the legendary @esmee_ldn on her Yorkshire leg of @thenations5k , so incredibly proud of this human, passing 2000k on this leg is insane! So privileged to see the communities turn out for her in Wakefield and Sheffield and join her on some of the intercity run and the 5k run clubs. 29km 24 hours for me was only 0.6% of what she’s doing over the challenge 🤯 taken in Yorkshire by @jjrobins14
