The penultimate week of running 5,000km across the UK…

The last seven days have dug up every single element of the challenge. I’ve gone through sickness while experiencing so much support from my loved ones. I’ve had extreme anxiety and pure elation. There’s been moments of pure focus and absolute hilarity.

Maybe it’s because I know the clock is ticking on feeling it all, but these emotions seem to come and go more quickly than ever right now. Everything feels fleeting, including the kilometres and run clubs I have left.

I’m trying to hold on to every single moment while I can for the next 600km I have left to run.

If you’re struggling to find joy in switching off… maybe you just need a little more light in your life ✨ are you asking yourself “when was the last time i had a fuck it moment?”

Connection on the mat.
Creating with for no reason.
Moving with zero pressure.
Exploring without planning a thing.
Coming solo, leaving with new best friends.

Sometimes switching off isn’t about doing nothing. It’s about doing more of what makes you feel alive.

Tulum is calling 🌴
