Stage Hydration Case Study with @jk_pingrey

Water-> hydrates and helps fill muscle

Sodium-> Helps glucose get into cells important for blood glucose, glycogen storage, and muscle contraction

Being lean: Helps with insulin sensitivity which can be helpful for blood glucose levels and glucose into muscle cells which is important for performance and muscle fullness on the stage

The take home keep up with your water/fluids, minerals, and carbohydrates on show day. Do not cut out important nutrients. Modify them? Yes, cut them out? No.

So proud of this season ✨ Earning my pro card before babies and then coming back after motherhood to do it again is something I’ll forever cherish.

This season taught me to adapt and push through—even when things didn’t go as planned. I’m leaving this season stronger, mentally and physically, and incredibly proud of the woman I'm becoming. 🖤

This is just the beginning! Welcome to my journey!

6 years away from the stage, and what a season it has been. 🤍

This weekend I stepped on the pro stage for the first time. In a stacked lineup, I didn’t place how I hoped—but I’m learning that not every win comes with a trophy.

I’ve always struggled to celebrate my accomplishments, but I’m choosing to pause and be proud. After 6 years away, I came back, earned my pro card back, and competed as a professional bodybuilder. That alone is something worth celebrating. ✨

Grateful for this season, everything it taught me, and everyone who supported me along the way.

Now… time for a much-needed off-season. 💪🏽🤍

Team Weekend Recap!!

As some of you may know I competed this weekend at the @ocb_naturalspartan . But so did my amazing client @jk_pingrey who competed in open bikini. She set a goal of earning her OCB pro card.

This has been Jordan and I’s first season working together and this was her second show of the season. Jordan has competed in previous seasons so she is not new to the sport, but she did take a few years away from the stage. Starting a family and a business, she is kind of badass. We knew from the first show we needed her a little leaner and to fill her out more.

Fast forward to this weekend and Jordan comes in 2.5lbs leaner, fuller, and goes from a 3rd place finish a few weeks ago to becoming your 2026 @ocbspartan open overall Bikini Champion earning her OCB pro card and the best poser award.

Another fun highlight from this weekend is since Jordan earned her pro card that made two pro card wins for this weekend which meant bringing home another team award. That makes 4 team awards in the past 5 years. Saying I am truly blessed is putting it lightly.

Thank you Jordan for having me be apart of your journey and trusting me when I said you need more water lol.

I am incredibly grateful for all of my clients and the hard work they put in each day. Congratulations Jordan, I am so proud of you.
