living with depression is fucking terrible, exhausting, and debilitating, but i’m so incredibly thankful for all the love and support I receive from friends and family (especially you @_troubled_waters_ ) that helps me see everything wonderful that lives in this unforgiving darkness.

im fortunate to still be here, especially after wanting to not be alive for so very long (and sometimes still). to everyone out there with mental health issues — keep fighting. it may never go away, and it’s probably the most difficult thing you’ll ever have to do, but it’s worth it. this strange and beautiful life is worth it. taken in Friedrichshain by @jllx
