Happy 20th birthday, Aiden. ❤️

I’m not quite sure how we got to 20 this fast. It feels like I blinked and the little boy I was raising became this young man finding his own way in the world.

No matter how old you get, how far you go, or where life takes you, you will always be my baby. I’ll always be in your corner, and always love you more than you’ll ever fully understand.

I’m so proud of you and so grateful I get to be your mom.

When your old training partner shows up on a Saturday and says, “I used to watch you do the 20# wall ball all the time.”

So… there I was using the 20# ball.

Then talked me into a HYROX workout right after.

This morning we celebrated 250 years the best way we know how—showing up, putting in the work, and doing it alongside the people who make this place feel like home.

March 3rd’s Blood Moon 🌕

Science calls it a total lunar eclipse.
Astrology calls it transformation.
Scripture calls the heavens signs and seasons (Genesis 1:14).

With Virgo and Pisces in focus, this eclipse asks:
Where are you escaping reality… and where do you need to get practical?

First Time in LA ✨🌴

Venice Beach, barefoot in the sand, finally dipping my feet into the Pacific. There’s something powerful about touching a new ocean.

Surreal standing on the beach, looking one direction at endless ocean and the other at mountains rising in the distance. Like… how is this real life?

And I got to experience it with one of my besties made at training and a new friend made flying together for the first time. That’s my favorite part of this life — strangers turning into stories, and into lifelong friends.

LA gave me memories.
