Wellcomm: Where do you workout?

@jlrubi: I take a cross-training approach to my fitness routine, with a strong emphasis on both strength and mobility. I regularly practice yoga sculpt and vinyasa style classes at @corepoweryoga. Recently, I’ve also incorporated high-intensity interval training at @barrys that’s a combination of treadmill work and strength training.
