I’ve been remiss in publicly announcing/celebrating the newest 30 year old to hit the scene 🥳 he’s a real sweetie cutie pie who thrives on compliments and forehead kisses. If you haven’t given him either in honor of this momentous occasion, it’s not too late! Gemini season runs until June 20th and even after that we have a whole year to celebrate this turn of the decade ‼️ happy birthday baby 😘 by @jmac_cheese

moments of feeling myself in India 🥰

I didn’t (and don’t) always look in the mirror and think damn girl 🔥 but I’ll tell ya what, life is a lot more fun when you do and in my experience, that’s more of a choice than not

maybe take a moment to love yourself today 💗 you’ll never regret it 🫶 by @jmac_cheese

A little love note to the sights, sounds, and animals of Rishikesh 🐒🐮🐴 🐶

side note when I first arrived I saw that monkey eating a popsicle and I thought aww that’s so cute and funny and then the next day somewhere between 6-10 monkeys (idk I blacked out) jumped me and stole my sandwich straight outta my hands and I realized these monkeys can smell vulnerability and then at the training center a monkey tried to steal @marillu.atelier lunch and I successfully scared him away and it was a real comeback moment so just FYI monkeys mean business be prepared 😅 taken in Rishikesh Uttrakhand by @jmac_cheese

A love note to my teacher @talia_sutra school @love.and.all.is.coming and all of the LAAIC angels I met on my journey 💫🙏🥰

I’ve been wanting to study in person with Talia after years of online study (thank you @julowens for introducing me to her). To travel to the foothills of the Himalayas for 3 weeks of intensive study was a dream come true. I admire and value Talia’s teaching methodology so deeply because she wonderfully skilled at transmitting the wisdom of yoga with clarity and precision. I am so grateful for her thoughtfulness, effort, and love. I look forward to studying together again soon.

One beautiful aspect of the training I didn’t fully anticipate was to be there with over 50 of the most incredible humans I’ve ever had the honor to know. In the moment, it felt like we would be together for the rest of our lives. Now that we’ve scattered to our corners of the world, I am reminded that everything we hold in our hands is temporary. Thank you for the many hugs and laughs, encouragement when morale was low, and philosophical and practical discussions on how to live with joy and purpose and love. I learned as much through witnessing and experiencing the inspiring souls who surrounded me as I did from our lessons. Thank you for your wisdom and your authenticity, I know we will meet again ✨🧚‍♂️🌸🙏💫💕
