yoga saved me — I’m so grateful for this path, the tradition & lineage, my teachers for letting me question things and guiding me towards the light & their teachers and so on for bringing them on this path (and in my life); for the community of likeminded people and cherished friends I made along the way. may we all know ourselves truly & accept each other wholeheartedly! 🪷🧡📿

may all beings live happy, healthy, and free

These are some words and teachings that stayed with me from Love and All Is Coming teacher training ♥️

The last one has struck me particularly - somewhere along the way, I may have forgotten how to play and yoga is all about remembering 🥹

Thank you for the wisdom @talia_sutra @love.and.all.is.coming 🕉️

The beauty of mentorship is that in the process of holding space for others, you often find yourself coming home, too. ☁️✨
Last month, I stepped into the role of mentor for the 300-hour @love.and.all.is.coming in Rishikesh. This was a milestone I never expected or even dared to wish for. Mentorship is about nurturing the universe within each trainee—practicing together, crying together, and sharing meals. The highlight of those meals was sharing my grandmother’s handmade pickles; it was the most beautiful way to connect with souls from all over the world. A huge thank you to her for that taste of home.
As we sat before the sacred fire of the Havan, we whispered the words Na mama (न मम) — “Not mine.” It is a profound reminder to offer everything back to the source. This mentorship wasn’t about me; it was an offering of service, an act of letting go.
This journey was special for another reason: it marked the completion of 1,000 hours with my teacher @talia_sutra There are many Mahāvākyas (great sayings), but for me, it is: “Have no fear.” Talia told me this at the end of my training back in 2024, and it became my own Mahāvākya. I stopped doubting myself that day.
Between the courage of “Have no fear” and the humility of “Na mama,” I have found my path.
To my teacher, and to the trainees who let me walk beside them—my heart is wide open. 🤍
