Taking a second to appreciate the mountains I crossed to make a print issue of @bemag.official a reality. I don't give myself enough credit for how hard a task it was and everything it took to bring it to fruition.

I feel vulnerable having put my heart and soul into it, then sharing it with my community, my peers. That's kinda scary. 😅

The point is, let's keep this going. Say hi. Share your photos. Bug me. 🐞

There is nothing like being called at 6:30 pm on a Sunday and asked to drive from L.A. to Irvine to shoot a single photo of @montre666, whose flight was that same night out of LAX. On one hand, I was flattered and on the other, dragging my feet on the drive. Lol. As you can see, it worked itself out. Check out Montre's new VOD via @bladergangworldwide 🎥

It's been a few years since Gumby and I hiked up Griffith Park to shoot these photos. Just like it's been a while since I've posted any photos. 🥲

The full set of photos is in @bemag.official print issue 44. 🩵💙 Accepting submissions for issue 45. Shoot me a line. 🙃

With @nils_jansons attempts at staples making the rounds again (@bladelife.tv), I remembered I wanted to post the sequences from my angle. Easily one of the craziest tricks I've photographed.

Full set of photos goes into @bemag.official issue 45, closing at the end of the year. 🐈‍⬛

The first pages of layout I did for @bemag.official issue 44 were of @_kayluz_. As the magazine grew, it felt right to start this new issue with Kay at the opener. 🖤

Same with @gabyvelassquez , who I had that cool shots of from her visits to Cali over the years. Thank you for always being a crazy sweetheart Gaby ✨😹

And thank you @megsonblades for jumping in board with a @bladeladies ad of @chynna_weierstall by 📸 @chrisagerard.

@cletus_kuhn of @oysius jumped on board at the same time and we worked out this cool art direction that paired well with Bladies collab and @salgado2237 frames. 🌸

Here's another preview from @bemag.official print issue 44 I shot for and did art direction on.

Photo 1 // @team_okimoto with an unreal rough grind, cloud of dust back lit. Photo 2 // @who_is_mike_french with an AO rocket fish late one evening along the LA River.

✨I'm down to a handful of magazines for US orders. @intuitionskateshop has a fresh restock. UK/EU still stocked. They're going fast folks! ✨ by @jmlabez
