Reflecting on this collab with @jmlabez for @bemag.official Back in 2021 we set out to see how to combine the large-scale public projections I was doing with inline skating. I met Jon at a location in Griffith Park with my projection art setup. The colorful animations were created on the spot projected on this large drainage ditch. I wanted bright playful abstractions that also served to light and guide my path. Jon setup his photographic equipment to capture me dropping in on this steep embankment. With some trial and error he was able to freeze this moment in time. I love how the photo came out and how it looks featured within the print issue of @bemag.official !

From coffee to clothing.

Hey there to all our European heads attending @winterclash_official! We pulled off a miracle to get print issue 44 for sale at the trade show.

Give a round of applause to Matt Mickey for smuggling so many copies into his luggage and carry on just to get it to Winterclash! Head to at the @intuitionskateshop booth where we'll have copies for sale for 28 euros. 💸✨

If you aren't lucky enough to pick up a copy at the trade show, we just got a fresh restock for the US, EU back in stock next week!

If you get a copy, tag us guys for a repost! 🫶🏼 #winterclash #winterclash2026 #bemag #rollerblading
