The most rewarding part of what I do will always be the opportunity to train incredible athletes from every corner of the world as they are striving towards their goals. Whether that be their first show, a pro card, or the Olympia.
-
Knowing how much these athletes have sacrificed to reach the biggest stage in our sport makes every moment that much more meaningful. And having their coaches trust me to play even a small role in that journey, helping bring the absolute best version of their athletes to the stage, is something I’ll never take for granted.
-
It’s never about the recognition. It’s about the relationships, the trust, the shared passion, and being a small part of something these athletes have given their all to.
-
Forever grateful to be part of these moments ❤️

This prep was personal. And when I say personal, I mean it in every sense of the word.

These 6 weeks were about so much more than the transformation itself. They were about choosing myself again. Through all the life circumstances, the emotional battles, the unexpected challenges, and the loss of someone so special to my heart, I kept my decision to keep showing up for myself. There were moments when life felt incredibly heavy, but somewhere in the middle of it all, I started finding myself again. I reminded myself of who I am, what I’m capable of, and why I fell in love with this sport in the first place.

To my coach @jamesxatlas THANK YOU. You came into my journey at a time when I needed someone to believe in me, challenge me, and push me beyond what I thought was possible. We had 6 WEEKS to make something happen, and we didn’t hold back. We pushed and I mean pushed hard (he got the dog out of me 😂), and we gave it everything we had.

6 weeks later, we walked away with 3rd place at the first ever Fit Model Olympia. 🥉🙏 Exactly where we were meant to be.

But what I’m most proud of isn’t just the placing or physique we brought to that stage. It’s the woman I became through the process. The woman who chose herself, who found her strength again, and who refused to let life’s circumstances define what she was capable of achieving. If you read this through NEVER EVER doubt yourself and always choose yourself. This season was special in many ways. 🙏

Now we have TIME. Time to grow, time to improve. I’m beyond excited for this improvement season. If this is what we accomplished in 6 weeks, I can’t wait to see what we’re capable of with a full improvement season.

This was just the INTRO. 🔥 by @jnssy
