chapter 22 🤍

to say this past year has changed my life would be an understatement. 21 was a year of growth, sacrifices, unforgettable memories, incredible opportunities, and accomplishments i once could only dream of. from my rookie season as an IFBB pro, competing in 7 shows, starting posing coaching, traveling, meeting so many incredible people, and creating a life that my younger self would be so proud of. this year has truly changed the course of my life and i couldn’t be more grateful.

above all, this year has taught me just how much i’m capable of. i’ve learned that nothing worth having comes easy and that every setback, sacrifice, and challenge is simply another opportunity to grow. i’ve always been someone who refuses to settle and once i set my mind to something, there’s genuinely nothing that will stop me from getting there. i know exactly where i want to be in life and i won’t stop working until i make those dreams my reality.

i’m so incredibly proud of how far i’ve come but i’m even more excited for everything that’s still ahead. there’s so much more i want to accomplish, so many memories left to make, and so much life left to live. if this past year has taught me anything, it’s that life can change in the most beautiful ways when you believe in yourself and refuse to give up. and the best part? i know i’m only getting started.

here’s to another great year of life 🤍

So incredibly proud of Kathy and how far she has come! This journey has been nothing short of transformative. 🪽
We’ve been working, fine-tuning every little detail, and watching all that hard work come together week after week!

Just a couple of weeks out from our first show of the season, and I couldn’t be more excited to see what we bring to the stage!

And here we are with fit model with 9 competitors, which makes half of the girls who have qualified for the first fit model Olympia. Don’t know how many pros we have for the following year, but they’re some shows out in Europe and Asian and a few left in the US for the year. Expect to see at least 30 to 35 on the Olympia stage in 2027 in October. @lillaszabados.ifbbpro from Hungary and @aishamfit from Canada have both qualified and are set for next year, it looks like this division is gonna grow fast and be very competitive, which makes it exciting so who’s gonna be next?
