Fields of gold ✨

I’ve recreated an earlier piece on a bigger scale - it has come out really well!

Off to its new home next week!

I painted one painting last year - it just wasn’t happening - but this year I have found some inspiration again and jumped back in with both feet.

This painting came out so@much better than I thought. I love the colours - they just scream summer to me.

Happy hump day all xx

Edit: I found this in my drafts - I didn’t realise I hadn’t posted it….. Day 20 of my painting every day for 20 days challenge ….

Thankyou so much to everyone who has joined me on this 20 day painting challenge. I had no other goal in mind than to just paint what I fancied every day - and I feel like I did that!

It seemed only fitting that I did this tutorial from Jay Lee Painting from You Tube - as it was the first tutorial I completed at the start of my painting journey ( my original painting is at the end of the video)
Love how it shows how painting styles evolve!

Happy Thursday all xx
