-3x OVC medalist
-3x NCAA West Regional Qualifier
-3rd on Semo’s all time javelin list (68.96m)

I’ve been speechless for 2 weeks, cried almost everyday, and still don’t know how to say goodbye to semo and track, but here we go… I want to say thank you to Coach Eric and @semo_throwzz for taking a gamble on me. Little football Jo in high school never would’ve thought I’d be a collegiate javelin thrower for 5 years. I’m blessed to say that I’ve accomplished a lot of things at semo the past 5 years. Thank you to all of my coaches, teammates, family, friends, and the Lord for sticking with me every step of the way. I have so much I can say right now, but at the end of the day life continues and I must keep on stepping! On to the real world. Thank you semo for everything!!!!!
