SFC: Swedish Fried Chicken 🇸🇪🍗💥

Teamed up with @theyungscholar to invent SFC and it went great! We love our aquavit and dill here and with his expertise in the fried chickenverse we decided to fuse those flavors into something new: fried chicken with Swedish flavors 🇸🇪

Potato starch and dill in the coating gives you hints of dill chips (if you’re Swedish/from the Nordics you know) and with the dip of sour cream, mayo, Västerbotten cheese, dill and lemon it hits all the right spots.

Crown it with caviar and you’ve got fried chicken royalty 👑
