RECOVERY IS IMPORTANT

-after 26.1, we are gonna be feeling sore and need to capitalize on getting the best recovery you can!

Sleep!? I count on @thirdzy to get me to bed and staying asleep and feeling recovered the next morning. Good, deep sleep is extremely important for muscle recovery and for your mental state.

Sore Legs? @releaftopicalwellness has a CBD salve that absolutely hits right where you need it to. Sore muscles don’t stand a chance when it comes to recovery here! I always count on Releaf when my muscles are sore or tight and even when my joints are feeling achy!

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions on these products! 🤍💚🤍🩷 by @jocey_fit

My go to flavour for these cold winter months is the Chocolate Salted Caramel. Warm, toasty and a little treat before bed! 😴✨ by @jocey_fit
