Ad | Busy all day, yet somehow the things I wanted to do are still on the list. Whether you buy meal preps or make food at home.. absolutely worth your money. Regular trips to fast food restaurants, Tesco meal deals on your lunch break or even worse, constantly skipping meal because you havenโ€™t got time to eat is not going to get you where you want to be, sorry sis x I have bought from this brand for a few years now - flattering & comfortable, never disappoints (I do wish they would restock their socks though) Iโ€™m not a โ€˜runnerโ€™ per se, I enjoy sprints on the treadmill & Iโ€™ve had no issue with these. In the past Iโ€™ve given myself shin splints from wearing the wrong trainers, now my shins are thriving My whole mindset changed after joining AP Coaching, Penny kept me accountable and helped me build muscle AND confidence. Iโ€™m always singing Penny & Alexโ€™s praises. Theyโ€™ve built such a lovely community, and I finally felt like Iโ€™d found somewhere I belonged. Ofcourse we prefer our protein to come from actual food, but sometimes we need a little extra help This is the only protein powder we use (specifically the vanilla ice cream flavour) tastes gorg, does the job Iโ€™ve also been taking this creatine consistently for a few months now & Iโ€™ve noticed such a difference in my strength by @jodeb_

Iโ€™m still trying to get my head around life as a toddler mum, some days are easier than others, trying to help Ronnie manage his ever-changing emotions whilst attempting to control my own is something I struggle with. I had so much to do on this day but with a 3yo in tow, it just wasnโ€™t possible, instead of getting super stressed, I prioritised what had to be done then we went to the park, just getting outside for some fresh air & sunshine did us both the world of good, everything else could wait The chocolate brioche with a cup of tea obviously topped the day right off x #toddlermumlife #adayinmylife #Vlog by @jodeb_
