@jodeb_ journey with us🫶🏽

Jodie came to us already experienced with training and nutrition, but she knew she needed more than a generic plan. She wanted coaching tailored to HER lifestyle, her goals, and someone to challenge her beyond her comfort zone.

The result? She’s now the strongest version of herself and continues to push herself beyond what she thought she could and move some seeeerious weight💪🏼

Coaching isn’t just about knowing what to do, it’s about having the right guidance, accountability, and push to reach your true potential💜✨

AP Coaching X Blackout event.
Meeting new people and creating memories. Even if it’s something completely out of your comfort zone, and that’s what we did we all teamed up and climbed SNOWDON. For some of us this was our first ever hiking experience and at one point I thought me tai and Conner wasn’t going to make it, but we did. 🥳
I am so proud of everyone who was involved even if we all ended up injured in some way 😂.

AP Community takes Snowdon🗻

Another amazing day with some of the team coming together🫶🏽 so refreshing to be around such positive people (even if it was for a long 13 hour day out🤣)

Our goal is to bring our community together once a month, for fitness events, hikes and even some casual fun days - bowling on the cards next! If you want to get involved, the group chat is always open🫶🏽

Being part of a community, why you should do it🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Ours is about being around positive and like minded people, lifting heavy, learning, and backing each other every step of the way.

Yours might look completely different! Join a local run club, go to a fun fitness class - or maybe something not even fitness related!

Whatever it is, surround yourself with people who challenge you, support you, and make the hard stuff feel worth it🫶🏽

We frequently highlight our coaching and what it offers. This time... we're letting some of our clients speak for themselves 👀

And that’s a wrap on @_ap.coaching first birthday event💚

We are so incredibly happy with how it went yesterday, and couldn’t be more grateful for everyone that came to support and got involved!

Being able to reflect on one year of our coaching business really highlighted how far we have come, and how much our clients deserve that extra spotlight!

We have so much more to work on, and so much more room to grow, and we can’t wait!😆

Now onto our next community event👀🗻

The most amazing morning for the first ever AP Coaching event💚 The Girls Walk💗

Feeling so lucky to be building a community like this one, and can’t wait to see how much it grows!

Our aim is to have one big get together every month, changing it up as much as we can. The boys will be included next time🤣

If you want to be surrounded by like-minded, uplifting people, if that’s on a walk or doing another fun activity, message either of us to be added into our group chat💪🏼

Insane pull session from last week for @jodeb_ 🔥

Jodie is the prime example of what real hard work and simply sticking to the plan every single week will do for you💪🏼

Since January - Jodie is 8KG up and has gained so much confidence in her strength and how much she can challenge herself. Now, we are into a 4 week mini cut to bring body fat % down and help digestion, before we repeat the cycle🫡

So incredibly proud of how much she has done already, and can’t wait to see her continue her journey🫶🏽
