A few weeks ago I did a run technique session with Coach @jodiestimpson from Run Like a Pro (part of @slaptriteam ) while prepping for Boston, and it was such a game changer 🏃🏻‍♀️

Instead of just logging miles, we focused on efficiency. She broke down my mechanics and gave me small, practical tweaks I could apply right away to help my stride feel smoother and more natural.

If you’re:
• Training for a race
• Feeling stuck or plateaued
• Dealing with nagging injuries
• Or feel like running is harder than it should be

…this is 100% worth it.

Having someone actually watch your form and explain what to adjust makes such a difference. Left with a better understanding of my stride and a plan to keep improving 🙌

Now I’m ready to rock the Boston Marathon on Monday 💙💛
