🚨 Breaking: The Nursing Code of Ethics Has Been Overhauled! 🚨

As a whistleblower nurse, I faced a 15-month federal investigation, endured over 16 hours of questioning under oath, and underwent a five-day whistleblower hearing. Additionally, I was ordered to undergo a formal ethics evaluation by the State Board of Nursing. These experiences have uniquely equipped me to navigate and teach the complexities of nursing ethics.

I’m thrilled to announce my first-ever LIVE 6-week workshop, starting March 9.

This isn’t your typical ethics course.
We’ll delve into real-world scenarios, such as:
• When a patient’s advocate is removed, and the patient is isolated without symptoms
• Discussing alternative treatments when institutional policies restrict such conversations
• Facing workplace bullying for upholding patient rights
And so much more…

By the end of this course, you’ll earn 10 CEUs. Many hospitals offer reimbursement for continuing education, making this an excellent opportunity for professional development.

Additionally, you’ll receive a copy of my book, Rare Courage: Standing for Right When You’re Surrounded by Wrong, and gain access to a private Telegram group exclusive to course members.

The course is valued at $699 but priced at $299, and by using the code WARRIOR, you’ll receive $100 off, bringing your total to $199. This offer is open to everyone because understanding the ethical obligations of nurses benefits us all.

There’s transformative journey begins on March 9. Let’s revolutionize nursing by empowering and equipping professionals with the moral courage and integrity essential in today’s healthcare landscape.

Register now at: www.jodiomalleyrn.com/ethics

Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of modern nursing ethics.

Know This Before You Go to the Hospital

A travel nurse says he watched a colleague withhold pain medication from a Level 1 trauma patient because the patient was wearing a MAGA hat. He’s reporting her to the board.

Let that sink in. A trauma patient in pain, punished for his politics.

This didn’t start yesterday. During COVID, it became acceptable on our units to talk openly about patients’ politics and medical choices and to treat them differently because of it. It has only gotten worse.

I believe there’s a spiritual battle in our hospitals. You can recognize it in the spirit of anger and contempt that drives this kind of “care.”

Nurses: our Code of Ethics requires us to treat every patient with dignity, without prejudice. No exceptions for politics.

Want to know what the Code actually says and how to stand on it? My ethics courses at Righteous RN are CNE-approved. Use code RN50 for 50% off the entire site. Link in bio. 🔥

“COVID is over. Move on.”

That’s what they want us to do. But how do you move on when accountability has yet to happen?

For those of us who spoke out from the beginning, the consequences were real.

We were labeled conspiracy theorists. Dismissed as political extremists. Accused of spreading misinformation. Our voices were censored, our content flagged, and some of us were deplatformed.

But behind every headline, every hospital door, and every silenced voice is a story that deserves to be heard.

🎬 BEHIND CLOSED DOORS is a documentary from the frontline nurses told side by side with the victims families, the experiences, and the unanswered questions that should not be forgotten.

This isn’t about living in the past. It’s about pursuing truth, accountability, and ensuring history doesn’t repeat itself.

We were there. We remember. And we’re not done telling our stories. If you have a story to share go to the link in my bio and fill out D.C. questionnaire and we will be in touch.

👇 What do you believe still needs to be brought to light? Share your thoughts in the comments.

🚨Flu shot declination language🚨

Flu shot season is here, and my inbox is full of the same question: “How do I submit a religious accommodation?”

When the Biden/Harris mandates hit, so many of us were caught off guard. We didn’t know what to say or what protections we had. Now we know our rights, and our position is actually STRONGER. In 2023, the Supreme Court ruled in Groff v. DeJoy that an employer can’t deny a religious accommodation over minor inconvenience. They have to show substantial increased costs to their business.

Why am I sharing a product your facility probably won’t tell you about? Because our 2025 Code of Ethics, Provision 1.4, says informed decision-making requires “the disclosure of all options, including interventions not available at an institution or organization.”

My nasal and oral sanitation routine is Immune Mist, a povidone-iodine spray I’ve been using for 6 years. In lab studies, PVP-I inactivated influenza, coronaviruses, rhinovirus, and other respiratory viruses within seconds of contact.

This is my experience and education, not legal advice. Talk to an employment attorney about your specific situation.

1. Eggers M, et al. Infect Dis Ther. 2018;7(2):249–259. Inactivated influenza A (H1N1), rhinovirus, adenovirus, MERS & SARS in vitro

All six are lab (in vitro) studies. Talk to your provider before using PVP-I if you have thyroid disease, an iodine allergy, or are pregnant or under 12, I recommend the saline mist spray.

My sister sent this to me when I was in Orlando yesterday. Literally broke my heart. I had to hold back the tears that filling my eyes when I saw it but I had to suppress it because I was minutes away from pitching my documentary idea to networks.

Nova came into my life 2 years ago when I least expected it. She quickly became virtually my everything.

I take her with me whenever I can. I swear she understands my conversations and knows when she can go and when she can’t she just stays on the couch staring with a sad face.

I think the best part about her is how she calms my nervous system.

Because of my work as a whistleblower, I hear everyone’s stories and they are all filled with heartache , pain and ager. I feel deep empathy and compassion for the injured and suffering and that’s why I haven’t given up in this fight for 6 years.

If it wasn’t for my relationship with Yeshua, I wouldn’t be able to continue. But when you see Him show up and move it reinvigorates you like nothing else can!

My son said to me once, “You truly love her - don’t you?” And I said, “Yes, I do! I’ve loved all my dogs but she’s different - my little trauma dog😂😭.”

And he said, “Dog is God spelled backward.”

Jeremiah 29:11 repeated over and over in my head when He called me to blow the whistle. It just takes a little faith and a whole lot of courage.

I can’t believe where He has taken me these last 5 years. The energy is shifting for those who answer the call🙏🙌🏼❤️ by @jodiomalleyrn
