Here are the videos from competition thanks to my buddy from pro fit. First vid is a failed 170 lbs because my butt came off the pad. 2nd attempt at 160 lbs was good and my opener at 150 lbs was good. #strictcurl #pro_fitdeerpark #powerlifter #strength #biceps by @joe.sottile

Awesome experience today at the 2026 Mr America strict curl competition in Atlantic City. Won my division in the masters class and look forward to building on this experience. Had the pleasure to meet the “elite” in strict curl. John cooper, Bruce Knox, ray jones, Brian Bellwood, Steve Babcock, ed da’cruz, Eddie j and “napalm” Jedd Johnson who is an absolute unit in grip strength competition. They were all great guys and are all inspiring to me from their character and world class strength. Congratulations to all the competitors today. Everyone was super strong and jacked. Thank you John gaglione for running an awesome competition. It was an experience I’ll never forget. Huge thanks to Alix from pro fit gym for the constant support and the best training facility around. Huge thanks to Chris Cantwell from ironclad strength for letting me practice on the curling pad in his gym and to all the “animals” that strict curl in there. They are very friendly and insanely strong. I curled 150 lbs, 160 lbs and failed 170 lbs. Can’t wait for the next one. 💪💪💪. #strictcurl #pro_fitdeerpark #strength #competition #biceps by @joe.sottile
