No sour grapes. Only making this video because probably more than 50 people have asked me why I left Pro-Fit.

At first I was not happy, but now I'm thrilled because I Love @lafitness_lindenhurst and all of the other locations I have hit. I've been to 5 locations on the Island so far and one in Connecticut. I was concerned at first due to the online chatter and rating, but now, firsthand know it's bu||$hiT
The only thing I do miss is the Incredible group of friends, probably over 200, that I will no longer see (for now). Love you all and remember to stay jacked my friends!!!

UNRACKED // Vol. 2: From Baseball to Barbells

For Joe Sottile, the weight room didn’t just replace the ball field—it became the next arena

A former D1 baseball player turned USAPL powerlifter, Joe found more than strength in lifting—he found a vision.

A lifelong natural athlete with a mindset rooted in discipline, balance, and artistry.

From curling to Shake Your Money Maker behind his dad to chasing PRs decades later, Joe’s still lifting with purpose.
