WORM WOOD! You are doing something pure and passionate with a lump of respect to your own roots and classical (mostly French) fine dining. This feels like the sophomore act from someone who has already graduated. I am forever grateful for the love and hospitality. This is only the beginning for these ambitious and talented rock stars.
