To my industry friends & fam this was a free meal for y’all today. Chicken schnitzel & a tomato Arrozo pasta . If you didn’t pull up you’ve definitely missed out. (& “I was at work” ain’t good enough excuse for me. We had on shift bartenders pull up and chow down in the rain). Anywho s/o to everyone that did show up I hope you all enjoyed. Much appreciated 🙏🏾🫡🏁🏁🏁

This dish goes out to the stars! The ones who are star riders, never giving up, you can't escape your fate..sometimes the path leads you there, and we all need to learn how to accept it. This is pork loin grilled with an amazing spice blend I created, on a bed of bacon brodo cream of leeks, wilted mustard greens, glazed in blue cheese butter and topped with vermouth fig jam.

The power of the sun is here!!!!! Thundersteeeeeel! This vegan dish is completely powered by the sun and high in iron to feed that thundersteel heart in us all. Beet romesco, barbecued beets in a sumac BBQ spice blend, grilled slightly charred then tossed in a chipotle apricot jam, topped with lemony frisee, roasted almonds, and vegan feta cheese made in house.

The world is full of Kings and Queens
Who blind your eyes and steal your dreams. Love me some dio era black Sabbath. And what I also love is this dish, maybe just as much. Tiziki poke, with a side of malt vinegar chips, cool refreshing, crunchy, just the right amount of tingly. It'll open your eyes and keep you from letting the kings and queens of the world steal your dreams. It's heaven and hell.

Ye ould scratch has come to recommend these gastric treasures matey. Every Sunday, oysters, two varieties, a mignonette to pair their unique brine texture and flavor. Also we have the best wine selection in San diego 😎 the mignonette is from a cooks garden. Most definitely a talent of the restaurant.

Chicken thigh stuffed with smoked Gouda and smoked ham. Orzo pasta in fresh buttery tomato and smoked aleppo pan sauce and a sharp caper twist. Garnished with lemon zest sorrel and a panko Parm crust. When all you want is a simple yet destigiished chicken Parm after a tour, this is for the road crew. Recognition for the people behind the scenes of any rock n roll event, this is for you.

Melon salad with citrus ricotta, prosciutto fat and calamansi vinaigrette, topped with sliced prosciutto, hot honey, and blood sorrel. Have you ever been to the beach with water as clear as a crystal wine glass, with salted fresh offerings in citrus and a calm relaxing vacation? Me neither, but this melon salad is what I think it's like. Also I hate humidity so on paper it sounds like a great idea, as a dish.. this is what you are looking for and will want.

Blue corn masa sope, with beef tartar mixed with crispy beef salsa macha. If anything can raise the dead, this will raise the dead. Drink responsibly friends and eat accordingly.

Sometimes a dessert doesn't need to be a gastronomic marvel of modernist techniques (sometimes it does). It can be as simple as a fudge brownie and a glass of milk the way grandma placed it for you at the table.

Warm gooey fudge crispy edged brownie topped off with a crunchy peanut and cocoa nib crumb, served with a side of ice cold slightly sweetened organic vanilla milk.
