86KM Ultra Marathon complete.

This run was never about yesterday, it was about what went on over the last 6 months and deciding to never walk away from the fight regardless of what happened.

Working everyday and trying to fit this in on the side was crazyyyy.

At the start of June I found out I had grade 3 tear on my Soleus with only 12 weeks to go until the race.

I didn’t deserve to be up there yesterday, I wasn’t ready for it.

I made myself a promise that no matter what happens today or how dark this gets, just don’t quit on yourself because that lasts forever.

Yesterday taught me that there is no right moment to any of this.

Time - 12 Hours 38 Minutes

Thank you to everyone who showed up for me, you know who you all are ❤️ by @joeexceed

This one has taken much longer than expected but I had to make sure that I got it right.

I captured this journey as best as I could with a lot of learning along the way.

3 weeks ago I told myself that no matter what happens today just don’t quit.

Tonight I’m doing something I’ve never done before and that’s telling the story.

YouTube goes live tonight 8pm.
