Glasgow, DA UK Grand Tour @uk_chicagobears has arrived and we’re here for it. Let’s show @zmiller86, @gabby_hajduk & @therealstaley exactly what kind of passion Scots Bears brew over here.

For some of us, it all started with a wild idea: choosing an @nfluk London game in 2013 for a first date. Three years of long-distance dating later, you marry that @drams4bams Bears fan. Fast forward 10 years, you’re kitted out in 18 & 25 shirts, and unwittingly become a Bears fan for life.

You’ve travelled to Chicago and Indianapolis and London just to hear our Bears roar.

Being a Scottish Bear takes serious commitment. It means mastering your heart rate in the fourth quarter, staying awake into the early hours, and muffling screams when we touchdown so you don’t wake the neighbours.

This weekend, the official @chicagobears Da UK Grand Tour lands @exceedstores in Glasgow. But next month? The ultimate pilgrimage happens.
We’re travelling across the globe to see the Week 11 game at Soldier Field live as the Bears take on the Saints. Chicago, get ready. Da Scots Bears are coming. ✈️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇺🇸

👇 Who’s coming to Glasgow? Who’ll be at Soldier Field? Let’s build Da Scot Bears community 🐻⬇️

For the past 6 months we have been documenting the training and preparation for @joeexceed first ultramarathon.

A crazy effort has went into it and I could not be more proud to be the one trusted to tell the story.

Grateful to be in the position to produce and direct it and I am looking forward to sharing the final piece soon.

86km complete, who knows what next.

Huge shout to @frazzzscott_ who also completed this crazy achievement.

Another week wrapped up- grateful.

📈A big week for clients progress and successes. From running ultramarathons to big steps in rehab. Love seeing the hard work translating to results for everyone!

Ultra marathon complete✅ but it was more than that, Crossing that finish line meant so much more than completing an ultra.

The person I was a year ago would be so proud of the person standing here today. Most importantly is family and the people we meet along the way and the impact they have on us grateful🙏🏻

Pleasure to be part of @joeexceed training block for his ultramarathon this weekend!

Plenty of ups and downs along the way, but he’s ready to go.

Best of luck bro 🤝
