So yesterday I found out I’m on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list… lol WHAT. Me???

Had to triple-check before @forbes @forbesunder30 IG confirmed it themselves 😅😂

All I’ll say is, little Joel would be very proud of 26 year old Joel right now. I’ve always looked up to the people on this list, so seeing my own name there is genuinely surreal. I’m patting myself on the back for this one, no apologies.

To share this with incredible people like @mollymae @gkbarry_ @siennaspiro @the.absolutely @skyenewman__ and so many more…truly an honour.

I’ve worked my lil butt off. The recognition means everything. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart 🙏🫡

My name is Joel Robertson and I’m on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2026: Entertainment list. Yeah, I said it. 🎉

Peace ✌️

There’s something special about welcoming guest speakers into school and giving our pupils the chance to hear from people who have been in their shoes and are now thriving in the working world. But it’s even more special when that guest speaker is a former pupil 💚

This week, we were delighted to welcome back Joel Robertson (2007-2016), fresh from being recognised in the @forbesunder30 for his work in the entertainment industry.

Joel met with our S2 pupils, who are beginning to think about their subject choices and what the future might hold. His message was simple but inspiring: if you have the passion, there are countless ways to turn it into a career.
