Where do I begin… I was fortunate enough to earn a top 10 spot on this spectacular team and have my final race as a star at Regionals. It wasn’t exactly the time I wanted with a 27:11 but comparing it to where I started I have a lot to be happy about! Coach Robinson has changed my life in so many ways by believing in me and guiding me through the transitional years of my life. I wouldn’t have been able to improve as much as I did if it weren’t for him. In the 5K I went from only breaking 18 minutes once in high school to now consistently running mid to low 16’s.
LCC hasn’t just positively impacted my running life but also my personal life. Here is where I met my beautiful girlfriend Kristina. If it weren’t for us being on the same team here I wouldn’t have ever gotten to meet her. Lastly and certainly not least I met many of lifelong brothers. These guys have impacted my life in more ways than they know! I will always want to stay in touch with these boys and will forever cherish our awesome memories together! I couldn’t be prouder than to see them kick some ass at the National Championships three years in a row! This year’s national championship in a blizzard in Iowa took the cake! Thank you Lansing Community College Cross Country and Track! I joined as a boy and am leaving as a man! 💙🩶❤️🤩💫✌️ taken in Fort Dodge, Iowa by @joey_schwindt

2025 Louisville XC Classic… It was a memorable race as I FINALLY ran under 27 minutes in the 8K with a time of 26:54. I’m definitely going to miss racing here as it’s my favorite course of all time! taken in Louisville, Kentucky by @joey_schwindt
