9 years, 5 team national titles 3 school records, 1 national title, and just like that cross country is over. After all these years I finally hung up my XC spikes.

.
Thank you coach Shoe for giving me an opportunity to compete and all the work you poured into me and your team.
.
Thank you coach Robinson for giving me the opportunity to compete in college, and for being my advocate for success.
.
Thank you to Logan Zahn, Zeke, Brody, Jack, and all my fellow teammates from chap and Lansing you all will be friends for Life a true lasting impact all of you have made. Roll Chariots 🔥and Go Stars.
.
Most importantly I thank the Lord my savior
Jesus Christ for saving my Soul, snd giving me the health to run.
He Died a death that I deserve for my sin and Changed my debt to righteousness.
He took my resentment and gave me purpose. Now I am free and know beyond a shadow of a doubt my eternal destination. If you don’t have a relationship with God? talk to me or anyone and cry out to God. He will change your life forever, and it will be the best decision you’ll ever make In your life… Take it from a kid who once didn’t believe it! https://youtu.be/WbQx1Xb2B-M?si=PvR5mJlNFX6Fsr7f

This was a bounce back year for sure, from being off for a year due to a broken foot to becoming a 3x national champion and an All-American. Without the support of this team none of it would’ve been possible. Roll stars ⭐️💙
