"I thrive in fast-paced projects—unrealistic timelines, interesting personalities, stay on budget but squeeze in more stuff, crack up the team, solve a few problems, and try to look chill. If I'm by the monitors with the creative team, it means I've hired the right people and prepared enough. Now I keep a close eye, give feedback, smile and clench my teeth as I await the next pivot." – John Winter, Producer on RENAISSANCE: A FILM BY BEYONCÉ and MILEY CYRUS BANGERZ TOUR #producingisajob Want to learn more about what producers do?
