John Brown had a posse and today that posse is you!

Although the man was a noted prohibitionist, he’d probably still want you to stop by to enjoy our @eatlawrence Cocktail Trail drink and rally against the tyrants across our eastern border.

JBUG turns 12 years old today!

We are very proud and grateful for all of the wonderful people who have been a part of this bar in ways big and small, and we love you all very much ❤️

Today, one of our favorite sugarcane spirits returns to the bar. To celebrate our 12th bday, we’re making $12 daiquiris with Clairin Casimir all weekend long

We looked at memes for good luck before work today but we’d rather look at you 😉 hope to see you! by @johnbrownunderground

JOHN BROWN TAKES A DIVE

Hello and thank you for being here 😊

This is not a dive bar, nor are we pretending to be one. That label is an honor reserved for those who have earned it. But as a grungy basement inhabited by dive bar regulars, we are inspired by their vibes, their drinks, and the spirits associated with them. This is our love letter to dive 🖤 by @johnbrownunderground

Our final Tiki Week bartender is Brayoni!

Brayoni got her start at The Hello Hi, a tiki bar in her hometown of Sioux Falls, SD. It was there that she honed her skills behind the bar and fully immersed herself in the variety of spirits and tropical flavors that makeup tiki cocktail culture.

After moving to Kansas, @henrysupstairs is where she’s able to share her drinks with all the girlies and she’s excited to join you in paradise on sunday:)

SPECIAL NOTE: Sundays are first come first serve, including tonight! If you’ve looked for reservations this evening unsuccessfully, it is not because we are sold out! by @johnbrownunderground
