Traveling allows me to learn so much about myself and the world. It requires me to improvise, problem solve and try new things 🌟

Navigating by planes, boats, buses and tuktuks
Learning a new language
Belongings getting lost/broken/stolen
Physically adjusting to new climates
Co-living with people I’ve never met before
Witnessing my own shadows and projections…

It’s not always comfortable - in fact a lot of the time it’s the opposite. But this is where the growth and ultimately the joy comes from.

Through these challenges and adventures, I gain confidence in navigating any situation, no matter how strange or difficult.

I also gain confidence in humanity. Anywhere in the world, there will always be people who choose to be friendly, generous and helpful. Especially when we need it most. Because that’s who we are in our hearts - beings rooted in compassion and collaboration 💗

Remember that life is short and the world is huge. You don’t always need to have a plan - the universe is conspiring in your favor & you are designed to be adaptable.

Some deep house in the jungle surrounded by uplifting homies will really bring the sexy out of mee!! 🐅🌀❤️‍🔥

this was my first time working the lollipop and I am in looooove🍭

I’m proud of my body’s capabilities, knowing they are a reflection of my consistent physical practice, my commitment to wholistic heath, and my confidence to try new things!

All of this took time to cultivate and find a healthy relationship with. Now I am in an era of reaping the reward while continuing to grow🙏

I grew up as an athlete and gymnast, yet years out of practice, I feel more connected to my body than ever before - because I approach movement as a fun challenge with a sense of playful curiosity, centering self-expression🌟

I’ll be sharing many more of my incredible experiences in Costa Rica soooon!!🌴 enjoy 😋

Embracing the Air Element 🌬️🌀 Her ethereal lightness and grace ✨☁️

Here in the magical Mayan lands of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, I’ve learned that my Nahual or spirit companion is “Iq” - the Hummingbird, the Nahual of the air, moon, and spirit 🪽🌙

I feel such freedom suspended in aerial arts, able to express myself as a channel between earth and sky, unbound by the ground 💫

I’m grateful to be feeling strong and connected to my body 💪 and so blessed to practice this art form and learn from new friends in the most beautiful setting imaginable 🙏🌋🌊

Behind the scenes painting the main character for the Stoneline mural! 🐺🎨 To me, the beautiful gray wolf symbolizes strength, community, wisdom and wildness🐾 This experience was extra special because I heard wolves howling in the valley while working on the piece 🩶 I turned off my music and listened to their mystical, powerful calls. The festival also fell on the harvest full moon weekend 🌕 perfect alignment for Stoneline 2026✨

STONELINE VALLEY 2026 🐺🌲🎨 Wow!! What an honor to create this mural installation for such an amazing festival 🤎 This piece was a labor of love, created in 2 weeks time and some painted live!

Huge thank you to everyone who watched me paint, talked with me, bought a print, took pictures or just admired my work 🫶 My heart is soooo full from your reactions and reflections. Sharing my art in this way reminds me that creativity connects us all 🌈

I am so grateful for the support and hospitality from the the entire amazing that put on the festival! What a magical event that captures the essence of community, art, and nature in the northwoods 🤍🌝

Had the joyful honor of creating this mural at @fungiacademy 👁️🍄‍🟫 The opportunity came up spontaneously during my 5 week stay in April and May. I am so beyond grateful for the trust and support I received during this process🙏

This piece celebrates fungi as a whimsical centerpiece in the elemental dance of the natural world. Many aspects of it were inspired by the Mayan Nahuales and their deep archetypal wisdom. It includes the iconic volcanoes and flowing fresh waters of Lake Atitlán.

To me, it represents connection, cocreation, wonder, & harmony - all things I was immersed in at this magical place 🌞

These are work-in-progress photos, as sadly I had to journey onward before it was completely finished… but this only means I’ll have to go back and put on the finishing touches sometime soon 🫶🍄

A huge thank you to @nwari.now.here for being a friend and mentor through it all, offering advice, feedback, spliffs and good laughs. I couldn’t have done it without you bro!
