We got the lucky chance to dine at Alinea. I've followed Chef Achatz since high school 🎒. Which is right around the time Esli and I started dating. Finally got the chance to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary and it also happened to be my birthday 😅. In High School, we were able to dine at Charlie Trotters Restaurant through Anthis Career Center. Crazy how a moment like that can fuel a student of the industry. We'll continue to learn 🥂 taken in Fort Wayne, Indiana by @johnny_perez

This little guy Sebastian has been training for a long time. We recreated his first time temping steaks many years ago. The next generation in the Hospitality industry is already here. It's been awesome watching him grow. He keeps me in the loop for things trending. taken in Fort Wayne, Indiana by @johnny_perez

Whispers on the block never stop. Ivy tells all in this high impact documentary of things she hears in the office playing on the tablet at the restaurants.

Told Capo we can’t burn them bridges…

Our ‘Drake Night’ was all about curating a vibe—not just a venue.

The music set the tone, but you brought the experience. Every singalong, every laugh, every bar, every giveaway, every conversation, every drink, every new connection…that’s what made the night memorable.

“Plot twist… the owl never sees the cage.
The owl only wakes up to seize the day.” 🦉 @champagnepapi

Just dope people, genuine hospitality, good company, and a space where community could come together over great music & even better energy.✨
