We got the lucky chance to dine at Alinea. I've followed Chef Achatz since high school 🎒. Which is right around the time Esli and I started dating. Finally got the chance to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary and it also happened to be my birthday 😅. In High School, we were able to dine at Charlie Trotters Restaurant through Anthis Career Center. Crazy how a moment like that can fuel a student of the industry. We'll continue to learn 🥂
