My brother @johnnywolf has a new idea.

Naturally, it involves him getting something for free.

He wants to build Embassy—a cognition lab for relational intelligence—inside someone else’s office.

The deal: if you’re a developer, investor, tech company, family office, or other capital operator with too much square footage and not enough magic, John will turn part of it into an immersive gallery / salon / temple of human intelligence.

You get the art, the world-building, the dinners, the interesting people, and whatever strange cultural gravity seems to follow him around.

He gets a desk.

Honestly, I’ve heard worse real estate proposals.
