Yesterday we said goodbye to our beloved Betty who brought us such joy and happiness for almost 13 years. Words cannot describe how much she has changed the lives of myself and @alfieoliva and how we felt when the time came to bid her our final farewell as she crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge. Taking solace in the fact she had a painless and dignified farewell in the presence of her daddies who loved her very much. In the words of Elphaba. It well may be. That we may never meet again. In this lifetime. So let me say before we part. So much of me
Is made of what I learn from you. You’ll be with me. Like a handprint on my heart. And now whatever way our stories end. I know that you’ve rewritten mine by being my friend. Good night my princess. taken in Sale, Cheshire by @johnw1968
