No one talks about this part of parenting…
Not the milestones. Not the advice.
But the moments where you just need to talk it through.

That’s why we created Auggie Groups. A new kind of support for parents.

Small, expert-led sessions where you can ask questions, share what’s really going on, and connect with other parents who are right there with you.
It’s not just about finding answers—it’s about feeling understood.

We’re launching Auggie Groups (beta) with 8 of our incredible experts. Huge shoutout to @drmorgancutlip, @courtneyenglish.ot , @thefamilybehaviorist , @withelizabethb, @the.peaceful.sleeper,
@stacymccannlcsw,  @emiliekpsychotherapy

Know a parent of a teen athlete? Send this their way!

Join @dr.yaelbeckerman for Leaking During Sports: What Parents Should Know, a conversation about pelvic floor health in teen athletes and why activities like gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, running, and trampoline can sometimes bring symptoms to the surface.

We’ll talk about what can contribute to leaking (and why weakness isn’t always the cause), other signs of pelvic floor concerns to watch for, why Kegels aren’t always the answer, and when it may be time to see a pelvic floor physical therapist.

You’ll also learn how to start the conversation with your teen without embarrassment or judgment—because this may be common, but it shouldn’t be ignored.

Feeding your baby really can feel like a full-time research project.

Breastfeeding or formula? Which bottle? How often should they eat? Are they getting enough? When do we start solids? What about allergens? And just when you feel like you’ve figured it out…the next feeding stage begins.

Join @drlaurenhughes , pediatrician and lactation consultant, @karybeth of @solidstarts , and Shira Page of @bobbie for Baby Feeding 101: Breastfeeding, Formula, Solids & Everything In Between.

We’ll cover breastfeeding, pumping, formula, combination feeding, bottles, hunger cues, starting solids, introducing allergens, common feeding challenges, and how to know when your baby may need additional support.

Most importantly, we’ll talk about how to tune out some of the pressure and make feeding decisions that actually work for your baby and your family.

Thursday, October 22 at 12 PM EDT | FREE + Virtual

Special thanks to @booninc for making this conversation possible!

Pregnancy after loss can hold so many things at once: hope, joy, grief, anxiety, and the fear of letting yourself believe everything will be okay.

Join us for Pregnant Again After Loss: Finding Hope While Holding Fear, moderated by @lyndzicampbell from Auggie, with licensed psychotherapist @withelizabethb , reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist @lucky.sekhon , and reproductive psychiatrist @sarahoreckmd

We’ll talk about the anxiety between appointments, difficult scans and milestones, coping with uncertainty, communicating with your care team, navigating comments from others, protecting your mental health, and allowing yourself to feel joy without feeling like you’re minimizing what you’ve lost.

There’s no pressure to “stay positive” here. This is a space to talk about how hope and fear can exist together—and how to feel a little less alone while navigating pregnancy after loss.

One day they’re eating everything. The next, their entire diet is beige and the dinner you just made is apparently offensive.

If you’ve ever wondered “Is this normal picky eating…or should I actually be worried?” this one’s for you.

Join pediatric dietitians @sariimberman and @shirasussi_rd and pediatrician + registered dietitian @dr.lizdanielsdo for Picky Eating, Decoded: What’s Normal, What Works & When to Worry.

We’ll talk food refusal, limited diets, snacks, nutrients, separate dinners, the dreaded “just one bite,” introducing new foods without a battle, and how to know when selective eating may need additional support.

Because the goal isn’t getting them to eat broccoli tonight—it’s making mealtimes less stressful and helping kids build a healthy relationship with food for the long run.

This week, you may have seen a video go viral of a girl dad absolutely loving life at an Olivia Rodrigo concert with his two daughters. He’s singing, dancing, and having the absolute time of his life. And I think anyone who has ever experienced the joy of watching their kids experience something they love can relate to the feeling.

I’ve been thinking about how much we talk about the hard parts of parenting. The mental load, the exhaustion, the million things to worry about, the constant pressure to get everything right. And all of that is REAL. But sometimes I think we get so caught up in the work of parenting that we forget to talk about the absolute magic of it.

The way their excitement becomes your excitement. How you suddenly know every Hot Wheels car name (Buns of Steel is my personal favorite), care deeply about Pokémon trading cards, and watch every single regular season Knicks game because your kid does.

And on the flip side, if my boys are ever asked what kind of mom they had, I hope they remember how much FUN I had being their mom. The games, the arts and crafts, the holiday decorating, the birthday parties, the learning, all of it. I hope they know I wasn’t just doing those things for them. I was having the time of my life right alongside them.

I love being their mama. It’s the greatest joy of my life. ❤️

Join Dr. Liz Daniels, DO, RDN, @dr.lizdanielsdo a board-certified pediatrician and registered dietitian, for Choosing Infant Formula: What Parents Should Know, a conversation designed to make feeding decisions feel a whole lot less overwhelming.

We’ll break down what actually matters when choosing a formula, including how to read labels, understand ingredients and nutrition, compare different types of formula, navigate sensitive bellies and gut health, and make sense of the conversation around European formulas.

Whether you’re exclusively formula feeding, supplementing, or simply want to understand your options before baby arrives, you’ll leave feeling more confident about choosing what works for your baby and your family.

If you’re the one who always notices the sink is full, the garbage is overflowing and the snacks are running low… this one’s for you.

You love your partner. You love your family. But the mental load? It shouldn’t all live in your head. 🧠

In one hour, Lori will:
✨ Break down the Fair Play system and how it works
✨ Give you the language to get your partner on board
✨ Help you customize it to your family’s structure, needs and capacity
✨ Share easy steps to start at home, plus how to get your kids involved too!

The baby arrives, and a whole second workload arrives alongside.

More laundry. More appointments. More of the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps a household running.

This is normal. It happens even to people who are organized and capable and paying attention.

You have an opportunity right now to plan with intention for the next year of your life, before you’re in the thick of it.

For expecting parents with due dates December 2026–February 2027.
