In Preparing Your Parent-Self, you'll have 4 meetings to consider how you'll structure your life and protect your identity in the year ahead -- before you’re living life in 90-minute nap windows and running on four hours of sleep.

This cohort is intentionally interactive and community-building. You’ll meet other expecting parents whose due dates are within a few months of yours, talk through your actual life and specific questions, and leave each session with something concrete.

Four one-hour sessions. A small group. No recordings.

Back But Different. 💜

We started this campaign to tell the story of a return that rarely gets talked about: going back to work after maternity leave. What we found was more layered, more complex, and more powerful than the world gives mothers credit for.

To Lily and Caroline: thank you for letting us into your homes, your fittings, and the honest middle of your return. You said the hard parts out loud so other moms could feel a little less alone.

To everyone who filled in “I’m back and ___, but also ___”: thank you for trusting us with both sides. Every answer reminded us why this mattered.
