When I started this, it was just me, my breath, and a deep knowing that women deserved a different way to move. Not smaller versions of what men do. Something that lets us come home to ourselves.

Seeing that name protected feels like a promise kept to every woman who trusted me with her practice. Thank you for being part of this. 🌻

Beauty 🩷 Ever wished your joy practice could fit in your pocket? Now it does. I wanted every woman to have a place to move, release and rise, wherever her day takes her. So we put it all in one app. Livestreams with me, a whole library on demand, and a community that cheers you on.
Here’s how the app works: start at Home, reserve your spot in a group class or livestream, press play on the on-demand library anytime, and find your people in the community.
No performance, no pressure. Just you, coming home to yourself, one tap at a time.
Swipe through, then send this to the friend you’d love to move with 💜🩷🧡

A special thank you to our co-host @barrediva_andrea for opening the doors of @elementsbarrefit_sag for our masterclasses and holding this space with us in our @sacredwomancollective Sunset Circle. Gentleness and strength living together, in one room, with @laviniajoy leading the way. That’s the whole philosophy, and you all lived it.

To every woman who showed up, moved with us, and let herself be seen: thank you. No performance, no pressure. Just you, exactly as you are.

More to come.

Last month @jrgpadilla of Meira Wealth invited me to open his Return on Life series. We sat down to dinner in @mikacoralgables and by dessert we were talking about the things nobody says out loud on the way up.

The premise is simple and it stopped me in my tracks: what is the point of building wealth if it never compounds into a happy life?

The doubt. The conviction. The cost. The years I looked like I had everything and felt like I was living under a cloud.

And then the part I love telling, because it is the reason @joinjoylift exists. The sun did not come back from outside. It came back from inside my body. Through movement. Through connecting to my heart. Through choosing joy on the days I did not feel it yet.

That is the real return on life. Not what you built. Who you became while you were building it.

Thank you, Jorge, for the kind of conversation that makes a room feel like a living room. Thank you, Meira Wealth, for holding space for the whole story, not just the shiny part. Thank you to @mikacoralgables for feeding us so beautifully. And thank you to every person at that table who leaned in.

If you are in a season of building, I want you to hear this: soft is strong. Ease is power. Joy is a muscle, and you get to train it while you rise.

What would your return on life look like? Tell me in the comments.

In joy,

Last week at @113spring we gathered to talk about longevity and wellness, but what moved me most was the energy shift that happened when we began with @joinjoylift filled movement.

Not performance.
Not pushing.
Just presence.

I shared my story. The early days of building @equinox with my brothers, the lessons, the evolution, and why @joinjoylift feels like the most important work of my life.

Because true longevity is not just about adding years.

It is about how safely you get to live inside your body while you are here.

Thank you for the warmth, the curiosity, and the beautiful conversations. I left feeling hopeful about where wellness is headed.

We are just getting started. by @joinjoylift
