Meet Staci Levine, women’s circle facilitator, founder of Sacred Woman Collective, and part of our Next Evolution Village. 🤍 After more than 25 years in public relations and brand building, Staci followed an inner calling toward a different kind of connection. Her own journey of healing and discovery became the foundation for a community where women can let their guards down and feel seen, supported, and welcomed. Through women’s circles and retreats, she creates space for the honest conversations and shared experiences that remind us we don’t have to navigate life’s changes alone. Swipe to read about the transition that shaped her and why she believes something extraordinary happens when women come together. So grateful to have you in our village, Staci. 🤍 Connect with her at @StaciLevine_ and @sacredwomancollective

“I don’t do cancer.” That’s how so many of us feel, because we picture cold rooms, harsh lights, and nobody smiling. Tonight we celebrated the opening of the @besoundbreast New York flagship, a place that changes that picture. It’s warm, welcoming, and made for women. Breast screening with no radiation and no compression, in a space that actually feels good to walk into. Thank you to my co-hosts @anapincus and @sheilaliriomarcelo, and to every woman who filled the room with so much heart. Send this to a woman you love who keeps putting off her screening 🩷 In joy, Lavinia 🌻

A little recap of yesterday’s event!! So inspired by all the speakers and had so much fun sampling all of the food products (and of course adding daramel to everything). Loved the takeaway that it doesn’t have to be a “better for you” product, it can be “best for you” product. And in order to do that, we gotta go back to the basics! Thank you for an awesome event!! #cpg #nyc #daramel #wellness #founder

I’m 66 years old and I did not think I was going to be building out another brand. I was advising, sitting on boards, and not looking for a new chapter. Then I saw a need. I saw a white space. Women who want to be known by name. Women who need someone to hold space for them. Women who are done being treated like smaller men. JoyLift happened the way Equinox happened: organically. You keep yourself open, you keep yourself healthy, you keep yourself current, and things just start moving. JoyLift is a breath-led method focused on the lymph, the joints and the spine. Ten minutes a day is a practice. You don’t need an hour. No performance, no pressure. Soft is strong. So tell me, what are you starting next? I’m reading every comment. Start your JoyLift practice: link in bio. In joy, Lavinia 🌻

A woman wrote to me this week about what she’s building. I could feel the ambition in every line, and it took me straight back to my own early days: the big idea, the full inbox, the late nights, the quiet question of whether I was doing it right. Here’s what I told her, and what I want to tell you. Ambition is beautiful, and it can also be lonely. You don’t have to harden to build. Soft is strong. Ease is power. Joy is a muscle, and you get to train it while you build, not after. I now offer private 1:1 calls through Intro. A real conversation, no script. Bring me the real question and I’ll share what I learned founding JoyLift and co-founding Equinox, the wins, the detours, and the parts nobody posts about. Comment INTRO and I’ll DM you my booking link. It’s also in my bio. Pick a time, come as you are, and let’s talk it through, one on one. Tell me what you’re building in the comments. I’d love to cheer you on. Wishing you continued success in everything you’re building. In joy, Lavinia 🌻

Someone sent me this DM this morning. Fair question. So here is the answer, and I would rather show you than tell you. JoyLift is a breath-led method for the lymph, the joints and the spine. No mat, no leggings, no performance, no pressure. Just breath, movement, and women coming home to themselves. It works in a studio, in your kitchen, and yes, in a ballroom full of people in work clothes. Joy is a muscle. Train it like one. Comment JOYLIFT and I’ll send you where to start. In joy, Lavinia 🌻

Hi Beauty, People ask me all the time, “When are you live?” So here it is, the whole week in one place. Monday we wake the body up. Wednesday we root down and get strong. Friday we dance it all out. 7:30 AM PT, 60 minutes, on Zoom, and you can do every bit of it from your living room. This is not a workout. It’s a nervous system reset. You come as you are, camera on or off, and you leave lighter. Can’t make it live? I’ve got you. The on-demand library is open 24/7, so you can move with me at 6 AM before the house wakes up or at 9 PM when it finally goes quiet. Ten minutes a day is a practice. You don’t need an hour. Save this so you always know where to find me. Comment JOYLIFT and I’ll send you the link for your first 7 days free. In joy, Lavinia 🌻

Two days in the desert. Women who showed up as they are, chose curiosity over judgment, and remembered that another woman’s light never dims our own. Love isn’t just something we feel. It’s something we practice. Thank you to every woman who gathered with us. Join us next year at Morongo Valley Ranch. Comment LIST and we’ll let you know when it launches! 📸 @sarah.nicole.photo #ThroughTheLensOfLove #SacredWomanCollective #MorongoValleyRanch #WomensCircle #WomensRetreat
