Here’s the thing that many of us don’t get. When you’re having fun, when you’re experiencing true joy, when you feel good, you raise your frequency.

And when you raise your frequency, your entire world is impacted in a positive way.

One of the hardest things about following your heart is that it usually requires you to let go of what feels familiar and safe and step into the unknown.

We want to see the path and know how things are going to unfold but the thing is, we’re not meant to know.
