This month Saturday Social steps off the course and into The Kennedy for a morning centered around matcha, connection, and girlhood.

Consider this your invitation to slow down, meet the women behind the community, and get to know each other beyond golf. Brunch follows for those who RSVP, but the reservation is limited, so only choose the brunch option if you can actually make it. The matcha social is included with brunch, so RSVP once.

Two very different ways to spend Saturday morning.

HTX Black Tennis Club brings back Youth Clinic Saturdays, presented by Raising Cane’s. Kids 12 and under get a fun, hands-on intro to tennis through age-appropriate instruction, games, and skill building. Up to two children attend free with one registered parent or guardian, and every young player earns an achievement award redeemable at Raising Cane’s on Shepherd.

Then Tribe Academy’s Friendship Lab takes over the Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern for a guided sound healing meditation. Endless columns, still water, and acoustics unlike anywhere else in the city. Afterward everyone gathers to talk about the experience and connect. No meditation experience needed, just 45 minutes to breathe and reset alongside community.

Trap & Sculpt: NOLA Edition by @trapandsculpt 💪🏽🎶

A high-energy mat Pilates sculpt experience set to trap, hip hop, and R&B. Expect intentional movement, a good sweat, and a space where you can move freely, challenge yourself, and have fun doing it.

One of my favorite parts of building @foreladiesonlyhtx has been seeing where it takes me. ☺️ This month, that looked like Austin with @joinkahlab for my first ambassador trip & connecting with their team and other social club founders through the Curators Circle. 🏆
