From Pilates to charcuterie, cold brew to massages, embroidery to our signature floral cart, The Wellness Edit is not one we'll soon forget.

Still taking it all in. ✨

Watching a vision that lived in my heart for so long come to life is something special.

Flight Night 002 was a beautiful reminder of WHY I created Sanctuary.

We sipped, noshed, bloomed, laughed and connected. Sharing the evening with Eva Marcille and @sunflowerbyeva for an intimate conversation about life, evolution and wellness made it even more meaningful. The way she poured love into my empty cup…just 🥹.

So much gratitude to my incredible partners, team and everyone who showed up and poured into this experience. You are helping bring this vision to life!

Sanctuary was always about creating something bigger than a space. A place where wellness, culture, creativity and community come together. And we’re just getting started!

Consider this your personal invitation to be part of what we’re building.

One of my favorite parts of building @foreladiesonlyhtx has been seeing where it takes me. ☺️ This month, that looked like Austin with @joinkahlab for my first ambassador trip & connecting with their team and other social club founders through the Curators Circle. 🏆

This summer, Fore Ladies Only was named one of Houston’s best social clubs, and since then we’ve hosted sold out events and continued building our community on Kahlab. If you’ve been wanting to join us (or host your own events) you can find Fore Ladies Only there through the link in my bio. 🎀⛳️
