POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been a while since I introduced myself… so here’s a little update 🏃‍♀️💫

I started this page back in January during the 75 Medium Challenge, mostly to keep myself accountable and just try to do better.

Running has since become a big part of my life - not always easy, not always pretty - but it’s helped me clear my mind and find joy again, both on and off the road.

Making these little videos keeps me motivated, and now that I’m officially training for my first marathon, that feels more important than ever.

If you’d like to follow along, I’d love to share the journey with you. And if you have any marathon training or race-day tips… please send them my way, because I’m definitely starting to get nervous 😅✨

Happy International Women’s Day 🫶

Running with girls who cheer the loudest, support the strongest, and make every mile feel powerful.💪💕

Girlhood, community, and running - the best combination.

Thank you @thenightcllub @lilylifts for the run club that has brought us all together in a safe space 💕

@thenightcllub Tour Night 1 on Regents Street with @gymshark 🏃‍♀️💕🌸🎀

An amazing event, thank you @lilylifts for creating such a special space, and to all the sponsors who made the night what it was. Was an honour to pace, and with all of these amazing gals too 🤩

This was my first run since the marathon, and honestly there was no better way to ease back in than pacing this group. The energy was unreal - so safe, so supportive, 100% girl power and truly no one left behind. This is exactly why I love this run club.

And thank you @gymshark for the pacer outfits - felt very cute and very powerful 👚😍 but apologies to anyone I hit with my flag 😅🫠

Would you come to a night run like this? 🌙🏃‍♀️ More tour night runs to come!!

Today was a double whammy- 5km at Southwark Parkrun with Lanie 🫶 and then went to Battersea Park to keep Beckie company at the end of her 28km long run 🤯 👏

Did about 13km in total - was a gorgeous day for it though so had to end it with an Aperol 🍹 taken in London, United Kingdom by @jojojogging

Escaping the city to run with my bestie 🫶🏼 @lanie19_95

Knole Park is a favourite spot of mine because you can run with deer, almost get hit by a golf ball and pet countless dogs 🦌⛳️🐶

10/10 escape from loud London, would recommend x
