Going "uphill" might be hard to do.. and hard choices must be made.. but enough is enough.. no more "down hill" eating for me.
It's up up, up, it's our moment!

A special shout out to all my new friends made at the #afactor event in #sydney .. You all made this experience my best ever live event.

For my F1 loving friends out there.. how can we help the #Monaco #f1 @grandprix
The solution.. is not easy.. here are a few of my thoughts
.
1. If lead cars of a group of cars are found to be holding up, going 2 secs slower than their best lap time on the day, they can be black flagged for a drive through.
2. If teams are seen to be manipulating the track time, a virtual safety car can be enforced for 2 laps, allowing teams being held up to leap positions by the use of the pit stops. Only 2 of these can be called during the race to coincide with pit stop regulations.
3. An overtaking lane on the main straight. Where wither driver, lead or chasing car can enter the lane, but must stay in it for the length of the straight. Stops moving last minute to block an overtake. by @jojonalo
