“Skyscraper” is currently at the taxidermist, and the wall is looking a little empty without him. Taking a look back at these field photos today and still can’t believe the mass on this buck.
Who else is checking their phone every day waiting for “the call” from their taxidermist? 📱🦌 #Taxidermy #Whitetail #buckdown #HuntingMemories #bigbucks @blk.flg @americancountryoutdoors taken in South Texas by @jon_bagby_

First indoor shoot then had to build some new @victory_archery arrows and put on some new @summit_bowstrings strings for the Idaho Elk trip only 7 days away! Switched up the colors on the Victory arrows this go around. Now just getting dialed in and counting down the minutes for bugles, colder weather and days in the mountains 🏔️ 👀

Our yearly trip to the @baker3ranch hit a little different this year. From helping people get their first Buck to their personal best! It was a trip filled with guiding, great word, baptisms, time in the woods and the presence of the holy spirt. You had to be there to truly understand. What once was just an Axis hunt is now an annual spiritual reset.

I was asked to do something extremely tough and stepped outside my comfort zone, then in the blink of an eye, a testimony in front of what I thought were mostly strangers was speaking to family and brothers.

This is a group of men that has came into my life and helped change it for the better many who will be lifelong friends and family.

Reps at the range prepare you for a 100 yard shot but reps in the scripture prepare you for eternity.

"Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." — Proverbs 27:17
The harvests are great, but the real highlight of this weekend is always the downtime around camp—talking life, building brotherhood, and pushing each other in faith.

Countdown is on. One month away from chasing Axis at @baker3ranch 🦌🔥

Still one of my favorite portfolio frames—grateful for the opportunity to capture @purabura and this incredible stud. Hard to beat Texas hill country mornings when the lighting hits just right.

Who else is chasing exotics this summer?
