One week today since my first ever natural bodybuilding competition, a dream I never thought possible 4 years ago 🥹
I look at these photos and it all still feels like a dream.

Four years ago on this exact day, I finished my last chemotherapy for breast cancer… and four years later, I stepped on that stage.

Couldn’t be more grateful, proud, and thankful to God for every step of this journey🙏

And now… we get ready for the 2nd one 😄💪🏼

Hi everyone 🤗
— I’ve noticed some new faces around here lately, so I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little of my journey.

Being that today marks the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, it feels like the right time to do this. I’m proud and blessed to say I’m in my 4th year of remission — and that is something I never take for granted. 💕

2021 proved that I’m capable of more than I ever imagined.
Every time I doubted myself how far I could go, each day I survived reminded me of how far I have come.

This year has been a challenging ( crazy ) year, and it is impossible to put it into words of how grateful & blessed I’m to God for being here.

In January 5th I had a car accident,
was hit by another car in my way home, the car rolled over 4 times(every time when I think of that night I realize that God really was watching over me and wanted to keep me here )
While I was recovering from the accident, doing PT , acupuncture, exercise corrective training & more,,,,,
I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in May.
Going through, biopsies, lumpectomy surgery, fertility egg retrieval , menopausal injections, chemo, radiation and million doctor appointments and Checkups in between, had me hold back from achieving many life goals.

But here I’m after facing many battles💪🏼
This is a message to everyone who reads this that if I can fight, so can you, whatever you’re battling,not just physical.
Even with a tough year like 2021 , still I’m beyond grateful for many things ;
all of my family and friends who remind me that life is beautiful and a gift, for the kindness of strangers,for the blessings I am afforded that keep me safe, and even for the pains that reminds me that I am alive & it made me who I am today which that will stay with me forever, and also for making me appreciate life & things a lot more as I leaned that you never know when it can be the last day.

Turning all that negativity shit in its head and creating something fresh, new and positive is what separates us from letting that devastation consume us, OWN US.

2021 you took my old life, but you didn’t take my last breath.
You gave me hope,faith & a new life that waits.

Through lots of ups and downs of this year, emotionally,physically and spiritually, I can say that the worst time of my life has given me the courage and the huge push I’ve needed for a long time 🙏🏼🤍

Here we go to a fresh start & Infinite possibilities.
2022 you’re a mystery full of wonder and you’ll be wonderful, I can feel it and I’m ready for you.

OCTOBER will always mean a little more to me.🎀🩷

Being a breast cancer survivor, I know firsthand that there is so much more behind the pink. There were some of the hardest days of my life, so much fear and uncertainty, but also a strength I didn’t even know I had.

This MONTH I really want to share more of that part of my story. Not just what I went through, but what came after too… rebuilding myself, learning to trust my body again, finding my strength again, and appreciating this life in a completely different way.

I know I don’t talk about this part of my life as much as I probably should, but if sharing my experience can help even one woman feel less alone, remind someone to pay attention to their body, or give someone going through it a little bit of hope, then I want to share it.

So this October, you’ll be seeing a little more pink and a lot more of this part of me 🥹🎀

I also want this month to be about so much more than my own story. To every woman going through it right now, to the ones who are still fighting, to the survivors, and to the beautiful souls who are no longer here with us, I see you, I honor you, and I carry you in my heart. 🩷

5 years cancer free, and forever grateful for every single day I get to be here. 🙏
