There’s something really special about finally slowing down long enough to enjoy a beautiful summer Sunday together. ☀️

So much of our time is spent taking care of others, and moments like these remind us to take care of each other too. Good food, laughter, pool time, and simply being together outside of work.

One of the greatest privileges of building LANPHIER has been watching our team grow - not just as talented professionals, but as people. Over the years, we’ve celebrated new homes, growing families, new cars, personal milestones, career achievements, and dreams becoming reality. Watching each person build a life they’re proud of is far more rewarding than any business success.

A strong team isn’t built in a day. It’s built through trust, support, hard work, and showing up for one another - both inside and outside the salon.

More than physiques, medals, and stage lights… coaching has always been about people to me.

Every prep comes with challenges far beyond training and nutrition. There’s self doubt, stress, sacrifices, pressure, and moments where quitting feels easier than continuing.

My job has never been just to build winning bodies, it’s to be there through every high and low, to guide, support, listen, and believe in my athletes when they need it most.

There’s nothing I love more than helping someone discover how strong they truly are, physically and mentally. Watching my clients grow in confidence, discipline, and resilience is worth more than any trophy ever could.

This isn’t just coaching for me it’s passion, compassion, and purpose. Grateful for every athlete who has trusted me to be part of their journey.
