Competed yesterday in @wjc_productions Body Building competition with 2 of my team members. All first time competitors taking top 5's.

Stepping onstage was surreal, nothing I had ever intended to do when 36 months ago I started my health Journey with @ash.garciawells

More than a coach- a mentor who balanced my crazy business schedule and some huge life upheavals in a way that helped me stay focused on my health.

Some great lessons:
1. Start now
2. Surround yourself with people who have done it. (And trust them)
3. You can't cheat fitness in the last minutes. The habit is what is on display.
4. Focusing on your own health influences your own family and friends to be healthy.
5. There is always another level
6. It's you against you. by @jonathanwhistman
