POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔! 🏆💙

A few first-place trophies, a whole lot of goals checked off, and SO much fun backstage! 🥹 Beyond proud of this crew and everything they brought to the stage this weekend. The memories, the laughs, the hard work paying off… this is the stuff I love most about coaching! 💛

What a weekend!!

I’m going to be that person and make an entire reel about yesterday (annoying, I know!) but I have to start with this lady right here.

@ash.garciawells took me under her wing with 4 weeks to prepare, told me there were no stupid questions, and coached me through an EPIC birthday weekend in Mexico & my 40th birthday party. She is so smart. Kind. Honest. Motivating. She is just epic.

I’m sure she regrets telling me there are no stupid questions but I am very grateful she did.

If you want a coach for any reason or season, get in touch with Ashley. She also has this amazing app - healthyapp.coach and it’s unlike anything you have ever seen before. If you are a coach - get on the waiting list YESTERDAY.

About to do the most extra thing I've ever done. 💜

This weekend I step on stage for my first Fit Model show. In a sparkly purple bikini. In front of actual judges. At 40 years old.

Peak week has been no joke — but I keep thinking about how far this body has come. From hiding it to putting it on a stage. That's already the win, whatever happens Saturday.

Arizona, here we come.

Some people cheer you on - until you start winning. Then they go quiet. A real leader wants you to outgrow them. 🎤

Ever felt this shift with someone? 👇🏽

TEN DAYS.

I just spent 10 days with some of the most incredible people I get to call my colleagues and friends. We grew. We stretched. We taught. We watched people unlock their potential.

The biggest blessing one can have is to not be the smartest person in the room - because then you are in the wrong room. I spent 10 days in completely the right rooms.

We move really, really fast. So sometimes we need to slow it down.

Just kidding. We don’t do that here.
